The horrible customer service. They stand and talk about you in Spanish. Rude. They're only nice to Spanish customers. When the management is not there, they ignore you! Not as clean as it used to be.

Can someone explain this to me?? How is this a bagel with cream cheese I just paid 2.00 for a bagel. Are times that tough at Dunkin now they ration cream cheese??? Unacceptable
