Extremely rude staff. Like stunningly rude even by NYC standards. Screwed up my order then accused me of ordering incorrectly and refused to make it right.

Always stop by when taking my mom to her doctors appointments at HSS. If it wasn't for the convenient location near hospital, frankly I wouldn't visit. Always trash on the floor and unclean...

Perfectly standard Dunkin right by the hospitals (MSK and Weill Cornell). Coffee is fine and the cashier was friendly. What else can you ask for?
