Went there at 10:45 and they were closed even though store hours are until 11. They are generally terrible anyway but this time I had a real emergency and they just shrugged their shoulders.

Please please indicate the cross street in Manhattan With the basic address. It is such a turnoff to have to search offf fthe site then return. It does not shore on your link
