CVS is a terrible place in general but the one on Lenox and 116th is the worst. It's hard to find an employee and when you do they are surly and don't know anything about the products or where...

The hours of operation needs to be updated. Took a detour here to try to go before work because online it says open at 7am just to find out they really open at 8am.

First, the pharmacy always has a line caused by inadequate staffing. The one time I tried to schedule an appointment at the Minute Clinic they didn't have anyone there for the hours...

If I lived nearby I would definitely frequent this CVS location. I have a problem with their high prices in general. I definitely use the rewards program and save. Their rewards are much better...
