There are very few personnel agencies that are willing to do business in the high liability area that we are in. The fact is, those that serviced this niche were not doing a good job. Several large construction firms requested that siblings Candace Hayes and Mark Hayes start a construction staffing firm to service their business and in late 2008 that's what we did. We had staffing experience and the honesty and commitment to make it work. The business started right in the middle of one worst recessions in history but we not only survived but thrived. Business continues to grow as does our excellent reputation in the business.
