I ordered boots online on November 14, as a Christmas gift. I had no idea that the return policy is within 30 days of when you place the order, not even when you receive it. The boots don't fit...

Highly professional staff and gorgeous store. There is one register by the entrance so you can do any return or exchange very fast and easily and the best customer service ever.
