Visited on a Saturday for basic banking needs. There was no wait, and the teller was extremely friendly and competent at her job. No problems here!

Machines are always down and wait time is tremendously long. Plan on being here for a while even if it's just for basic banking.

It has been the worst and longest wait i have ever had at Chase. They did not have enough staff to service the guests.
