History

As our name suggests, Charlie's Grandfather started the business as a butcher shop in downtown Buffalo. Three generations later, Charlie took the meats out of the display case, slow roasted them, carves them with the skill of a surgeon (or butcher) and has perfected Buffalo's Famous Beef on Weck sandwich.
