History
One day, three young professionals in Manhattan reached an epiphany and decided to open an authentic Chinese Noodle shop which could be everyone's favorite spot for a quick lunch, yet also provide the perfect atmosphere for an intimate dinner gathering. The three partners come from very different industries. One is in real estate, one is a registered nurse, and the other is a mechanical engineer, but their love of food is what brings them together. Little by little, Bao Bao Cafe came alive with the help of some Bob Marley music, smooth Jazz, and of course its banging noodles. But what really makes Bao Bao Cafe special is the unique talent and skill in the kitchen, combined with an utmost effort to provide the best service and to serve the tastiest noodles in town.
