My love of culinary arts started when I was young and carried through into restaurant service where I was able to learn how to be a fusion chef and the sense of urgency to provide amazing food and service, nothing makes me happier than to see a smile on a new customers face when I created a dish that satisfies their pallet and making them want to come back for more.
