Advertised a pool availability...in reality, the "pool" had not been used since the pandemic issues of 2019. It is a storage room and has been for 5 years. Pitiful.

The only positive from this hotel is spacious rooms they had. Very clean. The beds were so cozy and comfortable. I fell in love with the actual hotel room in itself. Horrible customer service!!!...
