Garcia's was established by Andy Garcia. The mission was and is simple: to serve fresh, homemade food for a reasonable price. Today we have six locations around Albuquerque and we have expanded to offer catering. We make all of our ingredients from scratch every day and continue to have a high standard of quality and service. We strive to make every customer a repeat customer.
Specialties
Garcia's Kitchen specializes in New Mexican cuisine. We are known for our green chili, enchiladas, chicharrones, and carne adovada. We have six locations around Albuquerque and we also offer catering. We also have many items on our menu that are gluten free: taco meat, steaks, pork chops, chile sauces salsa, chips, rice, beans and corn tortillas.
