Waited over a half hour and then was switched to three different people because my nail lady called in sick, Did not have contingency plan in place nor called to tell me to reschedule.

Iris is great!!! I love going to her, she takes her time and I always trust her on the color and the design, she always takes care of me. Her pedicures are outta this world!!!

Horrible experience here. I had a 4pm appt to get my nails done, they had me wait 30 min before they even saw me. Showed them the design I wanted which wasn't anything difficult, my technician...

Worst pedi I've ever had. Used dirty tools and took 15 mins from start to finish. It's clear that their priority is quantity of customers versus a quality experience for their customers.
