Schwab failed to pay withholding on my IRA RMD as instructed, and I had to pay large IRS penalties and interest for which Schwab refused to reimburse me. Unless you like chatting with computers...

Assets frozen. The first thing that went wrong with schwab was my zelle on the schwab app. At first I sent money and it said it would take 5 days. Then there is a button that says cancel zelle...

I have been to their offices about 4 times over the years and also use the self directed online brokerage. Always good customer service. Branch Office folks are helpful, educational.
