They raise your bill whenever they want and don't appreciate loyal customers I was told someone would call me back but what a surprise no one did Glad they aren't the only phone carriers around

Complete incompetence from start to finish. Over 2 hours on the phone with support to fix what these incompetent employees at this location messed up !!!! Avoid this location at all costs !!!!!...
