I signed an auto delivery contract with them years ago...I cancelled auto delivery but still used them for oil delivery...I had an issue last year with my furnace and called them. They told me too...

Installed a/c. Has not worked. Called Bruce who will check into the service to correct problem. Never got back to me. Bruce does not care after sale is made
