Enjoy shopping on-line and picking up in store or being delivered to home. Have purchased a few clearance mattresses from Macy's with success.

Last time I was at the Macy's in Ocean County Mall they literally had not a single thing in the entire store I would have paid for. Don't think I'll be going back there anytime ever again !!!

I don't go to the outlets often but when I do its to purchase a bag. my last FOUR interactions with this location have been TERRIBLE! no greeting no assistance I was never acknowledged all four...

Last couple of times I visited I walked right out but today the place was amazing ... Jane made sure clothing were all separated by size and everything in the women's department was hung up...

My mom passed away in November and she had bought birthday and Christmas gifts for the family. I didn't know who was to get what so I just brought them back to Macy's. I didn't have receipts so...
