I haven't shopped at J Jill very often but when I have gone in lately, there is a young lady there (I'm sorry I don't have her name) she goes out of her way to find my size and she's so attentive....

I've never had a bad experience here. They have been very helpful when returning anything. And I never had to pay extra for their credit card.

Persuaded to take out a credit card to save money on my purchase. Ultimately had to pay $144 dollars on a $77 item as a result of their program. Charges were $30 a month.
