We just ask that you let us know ahead of time. We can even duplicate special family recipes. All of the beef we use is organic and comes from our farm in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. We are the area's premiere PIG ROAST people. We have our own portable spits, designed specifically for roasting whole pigs or beef rounds, that we can bring to your backyard, an area park or a company parking lot.
