Ordered tiles they sent a small sample after paying full price + shipping. Emailed them and they said that is what I get for my order and will not answer emails

This company is a fraud. Do not order from them. Their customer service is abysmal and downright insulting, and the material is garbage. I ordered almost $3,000 worth of tile from them in the Fall...

I am really not happy with the company and how they handled the issue. They gave me a $2700 quote for a countertop but it's sold before I made decision, so I was told to wait another 3 months...
