waiting 3 MONTHS to get my 2 pairs of glasses! Exam on 9/18/25 then brought them back on 11/13/25 because the reading part was not good. THREE months since my initial eye exam and now it's ONE...

Services were very poor. The lady that attended to me lied about the fees also promised to send me my eye examination via email and did not. I don't trust people who just open their mouth and talk...

it started with the pages and pages of intske, where the patient is asked questions redundantly.
