Avanti Linens was established in 1969 and offers embellished and bordered towels. Avanti has grown steadily since opening its first showroom and factory in New York. A move in 1985 to New Jersey allowed for greater expansion with approximately 200,000 square feet, all on one floor, with loading and shipping facilities to accommodate its growing needs. The company offers more than 80 patterns in a mixture of borders and embroidered motifs. Avanti is represented in nearly 80 percent of all major department stores in the United States, as well as some of the finest bath shops and specialty stores throughout the country. The company s line is divided into three major categories that consist of towels with borders, towels with appliqu s and towels with embroidered motifs. These general areas compose a well-rounded assortment, comprising delicate traditional designs, contemporary designs, and masculine and feminine motifs. Avanti Linens has a location in Moonachie, N.J.
