Triangle Credit Union

Triangle Credit Union is a nonprofit financial cooperative owned and operated by its members. The purpose of the credit union is to promote savings among its members and to provide a source of lending for its membership. Triangle Credit Union offers an array of personal banking services, such as checking and savings accounts, Mastercard credit cards and automobile, student and personal loans. The financial institution also provides business banking services, such as business checking and savings accounts, lines of credit, commercial real estate mortgages and business term loans. Other services provided by Triangle Credit Union include insurance, investment and tax services. In December 1996, Triangle changed to a state-chartered credit union. Triangle is supervised by the National Credit Union Administration a federal government agency and the State of New Hampshire Banking Department. Deposits are federally insured up to $100,000.
