Yoga Pod Reno will offer over 60 classes each week in a state of the art, 4000-square-foot, spa-like studio. Students can choose to FLOW with incredible Vinyasa classes, TONE with high energy barre and YogaTone, or DETOX with epic HOT Yoga. In addition to offering the best yoga classes, Yoga Pod will offer its acclaimed 200-hour, Yoga Alliance certified Seva Teacher Training program for aspiring yoga instructors in Reno through Yoga Pod University.
