I work near this location so Ive grab pretzels from here many times and It seems every employee here has an attitude problem from the top to the bottom. Terrible customer service.

Usually the pretzels are pretty good, but lately they have been Burnt and over cooked. I could barley even bite into my pretzel dog. Idk if it a new staff but bring the old guys back!!
