Pardee Homes develops new home neighborhoods and communities throughout Southern California and Southern Nevada. Established in 1921, it is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company, a subsidiary of Weyerhaeuser. Pardee is also a leader in the development of green, sustainable homes.
