Addressed an envelope to be shipped to CA. This store shipped it to somewhere in WA. They did nothing to resolve this problem.

Horrible customer service and communication. They were extremely unhelpful and when I asked a question said "I don't know". Will be driving to another UPS location from now on when I need to use them.
