The store doesn't exist In the location claimed. Not helpful when there is NO Signage and directions send you to a hotel. No one on the staff had a clue where THE UPS store is Useless

Great service!!!! Linda is extremely helpful and friendly. The location is misleading due to the pictures. It actually is inside the palms casino on the 2nd floor in the business center.
