My main problem with Lowe's is their change from a veterans account card to a cellphone app. It only works occasionally. When it does work I am surprised. Staff cannot or will not say why....

Lowe's is ok. But when you need help finding something, not everyone there knows what they are doing. I do like ordering online and having it brought to my car. That is a nice option.
