Went here twice when I was in Vegas during a conference. Fast and fresh and nice you can create your own salad if you want to.

It was fine (better than the salad from gordon ramsey burger for sure) but it was kinda sad with just some items on top of mostly lettuce. tasted fresh though. But for $28 i wasn't jumping for joy.

Loved the salmon salad. Reasonably priced for Vegas. This will definitely be my new go to when in Vegas if I'm staying near the Aria. Service, ehh, good I guess. We order from a screen, so...

The ingredients were fresh and that's all I can really say. The salad is very much overpriced and not worth the money .
