If you're visiting Ely's Restaurant in Las Vegas or Henderson, their Steak and Chilaquiles Combo is a standout choice that has that "home-cooked" feel. I chose the Red & Green Chilaquiles....

Once again, a quick search found this hidden treasure. What a great find. Easy to find inside a shopping center. There is no missing this place. It is big, bright, and a great breakfast spot....
