I really wanted to like this place, but my recent visit was disappointing on so many levels....and now I see why it has 2 stars... The store was visibly dirty -- floors were messy, counters...

I've been going to this location for years. The food is always good. The service has always been good. The ambiance is nice chill morning vibe. Absolutely love their Apple Cinnamon Bagels.
