09/18/24 update: I'm glad they finally responded and offered a partial refund, but it's clear that their staff needs better training so customers aren't misled about what services are included.

Machine didn't even wash my car right and vacuum was bad wouldn't suction anything. My car came out the same way it went in. Didn't not like this car wash whatsoever!
