stayed a week twice. 2012 and 2014. two dif rooms. $180 total. no roaches or bed bugs. no loud noises. no visible criminals. no cops. no harrassment. neither window opened tho. and the upstairs...

I hate to say this, because the owner was a really nice guy, but three words best describe this place: giant bed bugs. Yes, fellow Yelpers, it was that gross.
