This library has so many resources! There's a quiet reading room and a not so quiet reading room. There are programs for teens and the elderly. Renewing my library card was a piece of cake....

Clark County Library is one of the public libraries located in Las Vegas. It serves as a regional resource for people of southern Clark County, Nev., and houses various collections. The library consists of a funding and grants center that provides information on charitable foundations, corporate givers and the government sources of funding for nonprofit groups. Its grant collection includes directories, books and periodicals. Clark County Library houses several original materials related to community activism, grass roots political organization and leadership, as well as stocks reprints, pamphlets, books and articles by Jean Ford. The library also provides wireless Internet access services. It is operated by the Las Vegas-Clark County Library District.

I hadn't realized that CC Libraries were designed for performance art-- that it isn't an afterthought. That explains the brilliant sound quality. I'm impressed and will attend more performances.
