The food at this place is disgusting. The fries are always soggy and barely cooked. The burgers are thin and flavorless. They charge a lot for terrible food. What happened? Carl's used to be better.

Came here 8:50pm on Sunday 10/26. Sign said open so we went thru the drive thru. Waited 5 mins no one took our order. We could clearly see people working inside. Finally left and went somewhere else.
