Ordering through the app and delivery is never accurate but tried to get a refund through app but nothing happened to help me out

Used a coupon, they messed up the order. Had to go from drive thru to walk in to be assisted. All of the employee's were chin wagging in the corner, i said excuse me i need help, big black guy...

They have not so good customer service. I order a burger combo for breakfast which is advertised on the menu. I placed a mobile order giving them adequate time to prepare my order only to get to...

Food was stale, old and gross. The line at the drive thru is always super long which doesn't make sense if the food was probably from the day before. Two items that we ordered were forgot as well....
