Broke the clamps on my boyfriend's skid plate and didn't even properly put them back on causing damage to his brand new one. Had to go back twice, wasted an hour, and they didn't even notify him....

Waited almost an hour for them to do 1 car infront of me. employees were dancing and sitting around talking while a line formed.
