Slower than molasses in winter. 3 separated visits weeks apart. Last one was 20+ mins for a drink and chili fries. The wait was long enough the staff member apologized for the wait, so I know...

Forgot the toy that I paid 4 some dollars for. terrible quality I really wanted that toy but didn't get it and was still charged for it

Couldn't make our drinks correctly and cold hamburgers with old buns. Total waste of time and money. Took 10 minutes for our order to get to us and was told "Hot off the grill". What a farce.

Lines are always long, no drive in, my food is always cold and my cherry cream slushy (which is a slushy with ice cream) is never correct. This location used to be great.
