Paid extra for bacon on an online order and after picking up it wasnt on there. Staff won't even answer phone when trying to call about issues. Service has been downhill for a long time now.

The bagel took forever to be made, but it was really good! Definitely on the sweeter side. Similar menu to somewhere like Caribou's coffee and bagels.
