Took sandwich back because somehow onions were on it. As he made another one I told him he didn't put lettuce on it but he said I did it's ok. But got home no lettuce. It's a sandwich why is this...

Very poor service!!! My husband goes in to get my daughter a sandwich for her volleyball game and had to wait over 20 minutes because the women in front of him ( and she works at this location)...
