3:40 PM on a Saturday.... waited over 15 minutes to order 2 route 44 iced teas then it took about 5 minutes to deliver. They may have been short handed or busy but the later would not be the case....

My boyfriend and I got 2 blasts and as my boyfriend was eating his, he pulled out a piece of cloth. It was absolutely disgusting. We are being refunded but it is ridiculous that it even happened...
