Service is slow to practically non existent. Waited over 30 minutes for my order. And even reordered it! Still to long of a wait. Run by kids so what do you expect. Teenagers living up to there...

Food always tastes like it's been sitting there for 20 minutes. Never hot, never topped appropriately; two strands of lettuce for an entire burger? Pathetic.

Spend 18 dollars there and they want to charge you 30 cents for a courtesy paper cup of tap water. On a different occasion they tried to over charge me telling me the junior burger clearly listed...

Honestly, i've never really had a problem with this place up until recently. I get food from here multiple times a week and 4/5 times this week the service has been horrible. i waited for 30 min...
