The National Catholic Ministry to the Bereaved was established in 1990 to service the grief support needs identified by the National Conference of Catholic Bishops.
The ministry is a 501(3)(c) nonprofit organization which strives to console those who have suffered the loss of someone they love. The ministry helps aid and guide the grief-stricken by guiding them on a path of "hope and faith."
The bereavement ministry offers consolation training, books, prayers and spiritual support to those who are suffering a loss.
