Morning employees have terrible customer service. Waited at counter to order was ignored. Multiple people walked out. Would not recommend

First off, we ordered two strawberry shakes and they came out like water it was so runny and when we asked why they said "they are always like that." with a rude tone. then we received our food...

No wonder this Hardee's was dead as could be. When you have nasty fries and you don't allow onion rings to be substituted you are going to lose business. You can even charge me more for the onion...
