Foley, Eric Mlo

Josh is a lifelong resident of Washington. He graduated from St. Francis Borgia HS and Central Missouri State University with a Finance degree. Josh has worked in finance and real estate since 2003. He holds a Real Estate Broker’s license and has completed schooling for a Certificated General Real Estate Appraiser. Outside of banking, Josh is active in the community as a member of St. Francis Borgia Parish, Rotary Club of Washington, and Hummingbird Club. He served on the Exceptional Equestrian’s Board, was a 3-term Washington councilman, and currently serves on the Washington Area Chamber of Commerce Board. He also volunteers for church breakfasts and the Washington Town and Country Fair. Josh enjoys spending time outdoors and gardening.

Robert grew up in Washington, MO, and attended St. Francis Borgia High School before attending Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville for his bachelor's degree. He is the newest member of the Franklin Mortgage team and brings his positive energy to the table for all his clients looking to purchase or refinance their homes. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children outside of work. He is an avid outdoorsman - be it hunting, fishing, or boating - he's in! In addition, Robert is a member of the 2017 Washington Area Chamber of Commerce's Outstanding Young Professional Award winners and is a member of the Lion's Club.

Joe has been working in the finance and insurance industries since 2008. After growing up in the Washington area and graduating from St. Francis Borgia Regional High School, he attended East Central College and graduated from the University of Central Missouri in 2008 with a B.A. in Finance. Joe brings a refreshing approach to his clients and our lending team. Outside of banking, Joe is an active community member. He serves on the Paul Ballmann Memorial Golf Tournament board, St. Vincent’s School Dinner Auction Committee and is a member of the St. Vincent De Paul Parish, Washington Jaycees, Dutzow Knights of Columbus and Washington Elks.
