fit-flavors makes fresh prepared meals for health conscious, busy people. All menu items are nutritionally balanced, made with quality ingredients and ready to heat and eat. The seasonally rotating menu features a wide variety of healthy options for breakfast, dinner, and everything in between, and options for dietary restrictions like gluten free, dairy free, low carb and vegetarian. No pre-ordering, subscription or membership required to shop in store. Online ordering for store pickup and home delivery is also available. Founded by personal trainer and chef, Jillian Tedesco, in 2009, it's our mission to be your first resource in healthy eating through convenient food options, one-on-one nutrition counseling, and a weekly nutrition blog.
