I bought a few items to try them out and the sourdough was really tough and not tasty. The cinnamon bread was good but the different rolls were very tough

I have been searching for a long time for a good loaf of sourdough bread in Missouri. traveled an hour to Springfield and found a cheerful friendly staff. Not a wide selection of bzkery goods....

If I could leave no stars I would have. Stopped in Saturday about 1:45, I know it said closed at 2 but thought I'd see what they had, didn't have much but got loaf of cinnamon bread, jalapeño...
