The store was founded and started by a college librarian and has evolved into one of the premiere bookstores in Springfield, MO. We love that we are located on old Route 66 and are part of the history of Springfield, MO.

We carry Christian, theology, Americana, history, science fiction, mystery, general fiction, westerns and children's books, just to name a few. ABC Books can get you any book, any time from any where. We special order and we ship books all over the USA. ABC Books is located on old, original Route 66, close to Highways 44 and 65.
