Had a terrible time here... The baristas are great but I wanted to talk to the manager about a small issue and she was shockingly rude!!!! I think her apron said Shakira...... I did NOT like her...

Never again. Ordered 4 large, black coffees and a cold brew to make it a quick order. Ended up waiting 25 minutes. You'd think a high volume coffee shop could complete a plain coffee order faster

11/15/2025 at 3:32pm. Ordered two drinks around 2:40. Still waiting for drinks at 3:35. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Supposedly the server lost my ticket however she kept telling me my drinks were next...

Never had a good experience here. Service personnel's are good but very slow service... drinks doesn't taste the way it should be. Tidy got a grande latte and doesn't taste like one plus the cup...
